Refund policy

We want you to have the chance to experience the tactile joys of your YS Notes. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ys-notes.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we connect and issue you a return shipping label, we kindly ask that you drop off your return at USPS no later than 7 days after e-mailing you the return label. Please reuse the original delivery packaging when possible. 

Once we receive your return in satisfactory condition, we’ll process your refund minus $7.95 for return shipping and handling fee to your original payment method.
