We are a small team and currently ship economy (estimated 5-8 business days from date of order placement) in the United States through USPS. Our shipping costs are determined by weight of your order. 

Please note that we currently only within the U.S. Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. may take slightly longer. You can always track the progress of your shipment with the USPS tracking number provided on your confirmation email.

We look forward to offering additional domestic options, as well as international shipping, in the near future.

Returns & Exchanges

Incorrect or Missing Items

If there was an error with the items in your order, please e-mail our team at within 14 days of your item(s) being delivered to request a replacement of the item.

To expedite the process, when you e-mail us at, please provide the following information: 

  • Order number
  • Email address and name used to place the order
  • The item that was incorrect or missing
  • Photo of the incorrect item (when applicable)

Please note that we do not issue refunds or exchanges on items damaged or lost during shipping.

Customer Satisfaction 

If your order items were correct, but you were not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at within 14 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

When e-mailing us, please provide the following information: 

  • Order number
  • Email address and name used to place the order
  • Item(s) you would like to refund or exchange
  • Reason for requesting a refund or exchange  

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

To fully process the refund or exchange, please return your items in its original packaging in an unused condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase (a printed copy of your confirmation email including the order number works perfectly).

We also recommend using a trackable shipping method (like USPS Ground Advantage) to ensure your return is successfully received by us. 

Once received, our team will inspect and process your return. Returns will not include shipping costs incurred on the original order. We will email you once your return and refund, or exchange, have been successfully processed. Once processed, your refund will be posted in the original form of payment in up to 7 business days.
