General Inquiries
For general inquiries or any order-related questions, please contact us at support@ys-notes.com. Our team will respond promptly within 1 business day and will be glad to assist you.
Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding public holidays and company downtime. Orders generally ship within 1 business day of placing the order. Orders placed after 9:30 a.m. ET on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Domestic Deliveries
For domestic U.S. deliveries, we ship through USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes 2-5 business days for destinations within the continental U.S. Please allow slightly longer for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders up to $35 incur a $4.50 flat rate
Orders between $35 and $70 incur a $7.95 flat rate
Orders above $70 incur a $12.95 flat rate
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to Canada, UK, France, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Door-to-door tracking is provided and shipping times typically take between 5-10 business days. Rates can be viewed on the checkout page and vary depending on the destination country.
Tracking
Please note that that at times, USPS and GlobalPost may experience shipping delays. We encourage you to check your tracking number (provided in your confirmation e-mail) up to one week after the expected delivery date in instances of unexpected delays.

Returns
All purchases from YS Notes are final sale, but if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please e-mail our team support@ys-notes.com and we will send you a replacement right away!
When you e-mail us at support@ys-notes.com, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Email address and name used to place the order
- The item that was incorrect or missing
- Photo of the incorrect item (when applicable)
We are committed to reducing as much waste as possible which is why shipments do not include an additional paper receipt. However, all item details can be found in the original confirmation e-mail, as well as your delivered shipment e-mail. You can also e-mail us anytime at support@ys-notes.com and we will be happy to look up details of your order and resend your original order confirmation e-mail.
