General Inquiries

For general inquiries or any order-related questions, please contact us at support@ys-notes.com. Our team will be glad to assist you and will reply within 1-2 business days.

Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding public holidays and company downtime. Orders generally ship within 1 business day of placing the order. Orders placed after 9:30 a.m. ET on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

Domestic Deliveries


For domestic U.S. deliveries, we ship through USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes 2-5 business days for destinations within the continental U.S. Please allow slightly longer for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders up to $35 incur a $4.50 flat rate
Orders between $35 and $70 incur a $7.95 flat rate
Orders above $70 incur a $12.95 flat rate

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through GlobalPost to Canada, UK, France and Hong Kong. Door-to-door tracking is provided and shipping times typically take between 5-10 business days. Rates vary depending on the destination country.

Tracking


Please note that that at times, USPS and GlobalPost may experience shipping delays. We encourage you to check your tracking number (provided in your confirmation e-mail) up to one week after the expected delivery date in instances of unexpected delays.

Returns

All purchases from YS Notes are final sale, but if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please e-mail our team support@ys-notes.com and we will send you a replacement right away!

When you e-mail us at support@ys-notes.com, please provide the following information: 

  • Order number
  • Email address and name used to place the order
  • The item that was incorrect or missing
  • Photo of the incorrect item (when applicable)
