Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding public holidays and company downtime. Orders generally ship within 1 business day of placing the order. Orders placed after 9:30 a.m. ET on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. We currently offer Standard Shipping in the U.S. through USPS, which typically takes 2-5 business days depending on where within the U.S. you live (please allow slightly longer for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii). Our shipping costs are determined by the quantity of items in your order.

Please note that that at times, USPS may experience shipping delays (but will deliver the package successfully). We encourage you to check your tracking number (provided in your confirmation e-mail) up to one week after the expected delivery date in instances of unexpected delays.

All purchases from YS Notes are final sale, but if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please e-mail our team and we will send you a replacement right away!
