Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding public holidays and company downtime. Orders generally ship within 1 business day of placing the order. Orders placed after 9:30 a.m. ET on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

Domestic US Shipping

For domestic U.S. deliveries, we ship through USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes 2-4 business days for destinations within the continental U.S. Please allow slightly longer for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping prices are determined by weight and distance traveled.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to Canada, UK, France, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Door-to-door tracking is provided and shipping times typically take between 5-10 business days. There is a flat shipping rate of US$15 on all international orders, except for orders delivered to the UK which are shipped for a flat rate of US$10.

Tracking

Please note that that at times, USPS and GlobalPost may experience shipping delays. We encourage you to check your tracking number (provided in your confirmation e-mail) up to one week after the expected delivery date in instances of unexpected delays.

We want you to have the chance to experience the tactile joys of your YS Notes. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ys-notes.com with your order number and the reason for the return and we'll be happy to assist.

Once we connect and issue you a return shipping label, we kindly ask that you drop off your return at USPS no later than 7 days after e-mailing you the return label. Please reuse the original delivery packaging when possible. 

Once we receive your return in satisfactory condition, we’ll process your refund minus $7.95 for return shipping and handling fee to your original payment method.
